Appointments are available in person or by telephone. During your appointment, we will first discuss your concerns. You will then lie down fully clothed on the massage table, or remain comfortably seated, and with your permission, we will begin the Sacred Body Dialogue with your body's consciousness and intelligence, specifically engaging the "pain body".

Questions reflecting your concerns will be asked of your body's wisdom-- your body's consciousness will indicate "Yes" or "No"..

Through Sacred Body Dialogue , we can assist you in energetically resolving your allergies, identify your nutritional needs, and help you in releasing outdated emotional agreements, bargains and beliefs. Your body's wisdom will tell us if your auric field is blocked and which chakras and meridians need clearing. By releasing the chakras and lightly tracing the specific meridians with gentle acupressure, we can assist you in freeing up the "pain body", letting go of the emotional-energetic charge around a troubling experience that may have been frozen in time, keeping you stuck in the past, seeking the future-- blocking you from experiencing life as it is, in the Now, thus draining your Life Force energy which may be contributing to health problems, adversely affecting your personal relationships or frustrating you creatively.
